Thomaston recruiting for sales management jobs in Connecticut

A banking company announced this week the acquirement of key personnel for sales management jobs in Connecticut.

Thomaston Savings Bank said it is pleased to announce the hiring of Todd Burton as retail banking sales manager. Burton recently joined Thomaston Savings Bank and will be responsible for leading the Bank’s strategic retail expansion into greater Bristol and the surrounding markets.

He brings a diverse and extensive banking background, most recently serving the Hartford/Meriden and Greater Danbury areas, where he was responsible for effective management of ten branch locations that provided products and services to customers in those markets. He also developed and implemented effective sales and business strategies along with retail banking marketing and profitability plans.

Along with his responsibilities at the bank, Todd is active in several local community organizations including chambers of commerce in Meriden, Greater Waterbury, Greater Danbury and Central Connecticut, as well as volunteering his time to United Way, Abilities Beyond Disabilities and Habitat for Humanity.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and lives in Wolcott with his wife and two daughters.

Kim Lebron, vice president commercial loan officer, has been promoted to vice president commercial loan manager. Kim will be responsible for overseeing the two divisions of the ommercial Loan Department at Thomaston Savings Bank: Credit & Loan Administration and Commercial Loan Officers.

Francis Berthiaume, vice president mortgage lending sales manager, has been promoted to consumer loan officer and will assume all consumer lending responsibilities.

Established in 1874, and headquartered in Thomaston, Thomaston Savings Bank operates nine full-service branches throughout western Connecticut.
