ANTICIPATED OPENINGS Naugatuck Valley Community College with campuses in Waterbury, CT and Danbury CT, is a constituent unit of the Board of Regents for Higher Education, Connecticut State Colleges and Universities. We invite applications for the following anticipated openings: Full Time 12 Month Management position: Associate Dean of Business and Professional Programs -directly supervises academic faculty members of the Division including Department Chairs and Program Coordinators, and may direct some faculty members through Department Chairs and Coordinators. The position also supervises professional, technical and support staff in performing the administrative and technology work of the Division. The Associate Dean assures the successful conduct of the Division's programs and for the optimum learning outcomes of its students through leadership, vision, strategic planning, and effective performance in these areas: Program curriculum design and development; faculty selection and professional development; instructional quality; budget and fiscal management; administration and resource management; program evaluation and assessment; community relations; student relations; academic course scheduling; assistance and support to the Dean of Academic Affairs. Full Time Tenure Track 10-month Faculty position starting August 25, 2018: Accounting Faculty responsible for courses including Accounting as well as related curriculum/development, student advisement, and service on departmental, division, and college committees.
